Decent honest work at a good price

Great experience and I'd definitely recommend. I found Shawn to be very straightforward and easy to communicate with. I also never felt pressured into anything despite my precarious situation - VERY thankful for that, since at the time I was losing my mind and just trying to figure out how to get back home after my truck's clutch fork seized. Wish I knew a shop like this where I live now - will likely try to schedule my next 30k service around a trip back into Prescott.

I have been having my vehicles serviced by Granite Alley Garage for over 20 years. I had mixed feelings when Kevin retired, happy for him and sad for me! I took great comfort knowing Shawn was taking over the business. Their quality care provides me peace of mind when I am on the road, especially when I am traveling out of town. It is difficult sometimes for women to find an auto repair shop that doesn’t condescend to them and/or try to rip them off. I am very confident that you will find Shawn to be that person for you if you give him a try. I look forward to 20 more years of service.

My experience with Granite Alley was a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...my vehicle, she was so sick, they told me what the problems were the first day , we decided to move forward, there was quite a bit going on...2 days later, she was purring like a kitty...Shaun even came on his day off so that I could pick up my vehicle, since I was unable to pick up that Thursday night...thNkU to all the workers there and Shaun for such an excellent experience!!!

Spotted the problem right away and gave me some options. Fixed several other minor issues and priced as expected, maybe even less than expected. I will be taking my old truck back again in the future.
