My first experience with Granite Alley Garage was just before Christmas last year, all of Prescott was snowed in and nothing was open. Most shops were closed. My SUV overheated and blew the thermostat and I thought it would be an easy fix, but one bolt would not budge and no one in town could help. I called Granite Alley Garage and their receptionist apologized since they were all booked up, but I heard someone in the background ask "What's going on?". They made time for me to drop the SUV off and Shawn removed the bolt through some serious effort. SUV saved and I was able to visit family that holiday. My most recent interaction was after hearing some insane noises from the front right, the SUV had bad brakes as I was told by Shawn and he fixed it up even a little lower than estimate - both front brakes replaced and rotors in only a few hours. Drives great and stops even better. Thanks so much! I will be back.
