I had a maintenance light come on in my Prius the weekend before a vacation trip, & called Shawn on Monday morning - leaving early Tuesday. They were able to get me in Monday afternoon, complete the service required, and have me back on the road the same day. This kind of service is rare in the modern world, and of great value to me.
